OH MY GOSH!!
The dreaded pollen count!   Don’t you just hate hearing the weather report and then they give you the pollen count…BAM, right on your head.
The pollen count will be a gazillion today!   The air will be filled with yellow pollen, wispy things off the cotton wood trees, the grass pollen and every mold and spore is after you.
OR, for me, it is dust in my home, especially my bedroom, which floats in the air and just never seems to go away completely!

Allergy picture  Ah Choo, ah choo, ah choo!!!  Ten times in a row, your nose is all over your face, your eyes are itchy, watery and you just blow your nose and blow your nose until you think it is going to fall off your face. Your head hurts, your sinus’ are full and nothing seems to work. You take over the counter medication, nasal sprays and then you just fall asleep, or you are wired and only have short relief while in a stupor.

Been there done that!  What can a person do besides locking themselves in a closet with a face mask on? Not really –  you need to function in the real world. You need to go to work, take care of your home and kids. Well there is relief out there…natural relief. Enjoy the following stories of two people who found success. Remember everyone is different and some things work for some and not for others but give it a try.

I know what it is like to suffer from allergies!  When I forget my little secret allergy relief product (not so secret after the following story), I can always tell the difference.

Tim’s story – “How I relieved my allergies naturally.”

“I had been told by allergists that it was easier to tell me what I was NOT allergic to than what I was. So I resigned to a life of taking prescription medications, allergy shots that would make me sick, and nasal sprays that were awful. Then, I decided to get cats. Now.. I know what you’re thinking, “He’s allergic to everything … surely cats are on the list!”, and you’d be right. But this time I remembered the Shaklee Alfalfa from my youth and I remembered reading info about Shaklee’s NutriFeron. I went online and ordered these two products. I got the cats. I got my product and started taking it. Then I waited to see what would happen. And here’s the best part – Nothing happened!

I can actually live in a house with cats and not have an allergic reaction. It’s amazing, to say the least. I don’t get that lethargic feeling the medications would cause. I have more energy I sleep better. Get this….the only times I feel my allergies kick back up is when I forget to take my Alfalfa and Nutriferon.”

Pam’s story – “Alfalfa, my miracle supplement”

Well, until I met Joan I would get congested, blow my nose depending on what was flying around. I was recently in Napa, CA, visiting my daughter and around five o’clock I started to get congested and coughing and she said, “Mom, are you ok?”
“No, something in the air is bothering me”…She replied, “There is something that blooms around here at five o’clock.”
I immediately opened my suitcase and took 3 Alfalfa tablets and within 15 minutes my symptoms were gone. Yup, I actually take Shaklee Alfalfa every morning and I’m good for hours unless something kicks up in the air or my environment and then I am fine. I have not taken any over the counter meds since I discovered this great supplement. It works for me naturally.

I think another side effect is my hair and nails grow like crazy!!

For me, it’s 5 Alfalfa and, if I have been caught away from home, I need to add extra vitamin C (Shaklee Vita-C).  The best part – it works!!  I have also found that 1/2 dropper of liquid Nettle extract can work well.

We can do this naturally!!  There are other possible underlying causes that may also minimize allergies.  Connect with me if you want to know more.
